Harshank performs ASHRAE Level I and II energy audits in New York City buildings to comply with Local Law 87 and determine retro commissioning and energy conservation measures to achieve energy efficiency based on site visits. He designs HVAC system schematic diagrams and one-line riser diagrams for residential, commercial, schools, hotels and hospitals. Energy modeling and functionality testing of major HVAC systems for both heating and cooling systems along with preparing building operational plans of mechanical equipment for various facility types, Harshank provides commissioning services for new construction and existing building retrofits. He also reviews mechanical drawings and construction documents during all phases of construction to provide recommendations that reduce energy consumption, develops testing sheets based on specifications, submittals, construction schedule and code requirements and provides technical and non-technical reports for compliance.
