As Sustainability Compliance Manager at EEC, Chippy provides methods for improving building energy efficiency by applying fundamental procedures of energy management. Her and her team calculate GHG emission trends through energy auditing and energy modeling. Similar to her previous role as Project Manager, Chippy takes the lead on company project meetings and creates efficient tracking systems for hundreds of properties by integrating project completion determining parameters, deadlines, and budget. When requested by Owner, Chippy also provides MEP/FP design consulting services. By practicing retro-commissioning and commissioning, Chippy has become proficient in Local Law compliance (84, 87, 95, 97) and NYC Energy Code.
