NYCDOB Issues Final Rule: Procedures for Reporting on and Complying with Annual Greenhouse Gas Emissions for Certain Buildings

The NYC DOB has issued a final rule for reporting on and complying with annual greenhouse gas emissions for certain buildings. It will be published in the City Record on 12/20/22. The Effective Date is 1/19/23.
